If your Gun game is firing on the screen and playing but you are not seeing a recoil please follow the below steps
- Check top make sure the compressor is on and maintaining pressure when not being played. (The compressor should be regulated to 90 PSI, there is a gauge on the compressor for reference).
- If the compressor is not going up to pressure then there is an issue with the compressor and you should contact support for more information. If you do have pressure follow the next steps
- Check the pressure at the air / water Seperator. There is a gauge on the air / water separator. It should also read 90 PSI. There is also a regulator on this Seperator and to change the pressure you need to pull up on the blue knob to unlock the adjustment knob. Clockwise will increase the pressure and counterclockwise will decrease the pressure. Once this is adjusted push the knob back down to lock the adjustment in place. If you do not get good pressure at the Seperator then the issue is in between the compressor and the air water separator on the orange pressure line. Check the routing of the lines and check for kinks in the line, wholes or loose fittings. **Please note on a QUICK SHOT the air water separator is inside the player console in the lower left locked front access panel. On BIG SHOT it is inside the main cabinet attached to the left and right side walls depending on which gun it is activating. On MEGA SHOT they are on the front of the player console behind the two corner guards on the front of the player console held on with 6 screws each. One for each gun and on the respective side.
- If you have proper pressure and the guns are still not recoiling then the issue is most likely the 12 volt gun fire solenoid that connects direly to the clear gun pressure tube of the gun harness. They are light gray in color and are marked with the model number 6TV210-08-NC. There should be a spare valve in your spares box shipped with the game. Otherwise you can swap the valve from left to right if you have a Big Shot or a Mega Shot and see if the issue follows the valve.
- If the 12 volt Valve is not the issue please check the wire harness from the valve to the I/O board. For BIG SHOT and MEGA SHOT: Player 1 side is marked “PO1” for the trigger and “VCC1” for the positive voltage to the switch and Player 2 is marked “PO2” for the trigger and “VCC2” for the positive voltage to the switch. FOR QUICK SHOT: “PO1” for the trigger and “VCC1” for the positive voltage to the switch
